How My Human Design Sabotages Me

Have you read Carolyn Elliott’s book Existential Kink? (soo good) She shares that the shadow part of us gets off on what the conscious mind sees as bad. And we gotta find the kinky pleasure in the bad to release the resistance to the good.

So I’ve remembered all the ways my Human Design revealed my kinky pleasures to me. Here’s mine, and I’m curious to hear what your kinks are 😉

As a Mani Gen boredom is my nemesis. The itch to scratch things and tweak things, just a little bit here, and a bit over there… ohh, it’s a pleasure to scratch that itch. This leads to the other shadow buddies coming to the party. (Seems to be a swing party) Let me introduce you to everyone:

My open Head is here to answer alll of your questions. She thinks about you at night too. And my buddies, gates 4, 43, and 47 are the Sherlock bunch. They’re a bit addicted to mental stimulation. I think they’ve got dopamine issues too. If there isn’t an issue to solve, they’ll manifest one real quick for ya.

Line 2, genius on one side, addicted to making things hard on the other. Gate 38 loves the struggle, so they go hand in hand. The defined Heart helps them out with the (totally unnecessary) hard work. And he’s proud of it too. While the defined Sacral is st(r)oking up the fire, getting them both lit up! Kinky stuff, I told ya

Last but not least – my personal favourite show, the Emo show. We’ve got all four waves with us. Very intense… High school intense. #iykyk But Gate 36 is the star! I think she’s enjoying this the most. That bitch loooves a good Crisis. I think she conjures them…
