How To Use Human Design For Business

Once I connected the dots between my business & marketing knowledge and the aspects of the Human Design Chart… I’ve made Human Design a CRUCIAL aspect of my SOFT method:

See it
Own it
Flaunt it
Tweak it

How I use Human Design for business is twofold – internal and external uplevels.

When clients come to me they are at a PIVOTAL moment…

They are SO DONE with their current situation and standards, and SO READY to raise everything to the level they feel bubbling up inside.

They know their power, and they know how their business can play a crucial role in creating their Legacy, and be a vehicle for their Mission & Message.

 

1. INTERNALLY: In the ‘See it’ phase we identify your zones of genius and help you understand how you best operate and get into flow. We identify where you’re in the Shadows, and where you’re in the Gifts.

And then we create your personal roadmap for aligning with your highest potential and activating your gifts, your magnetism.

2. EXTERNALLY: In the ‘See it’ phase we look at how you’re leveraging your Human Design for all aspects of business – Branding, Offers, Marketing, Content, Launching, Sales, Team, Leadership.

 

Here we’ll look at the externals and what I use aspects of your chart for.

 

TYPE & STRATEGY

Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, Reflector

This aspect reveals your role in the world, how your energy interacts with and impacts others, and how you can do things with the least resistance & max flow!

 

Practical use

Business model & offer suite, Branding, brand strategy, Marketing strategy, Potent content

 

Example

As a Manifesting Generator, I like to have a business model that’s based on a mix of offers – one-on-one coaching, courses, workshops (live and then evergreen) as I embody something and wanna share with everyone, and a (soon to come) membership that brings me recurring income.

Variety keeps me out of the boredom that us Mani Gens just can’t seem to tolerate 🙂

My Brand is one of passion, dynamism, shortcuts to success, freedom, doing things the pleasure based way.

My marketing strategy includes leaning into multiple platforms that I love and enjoy being on – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, Pinterest, Email.

(of course I do SMART work and create once to repost everywhere, as well as repurposing with the help of my Social Media Manager)

Also, the famous Niching question – my niche is more broad – Human Design + Business Coaching for experts (coaches, consultants, course creators, service providers)

I am free to talk about a lot of things on my platforms – the Mindset & Energy side of things, HD, Business, Marketing, Brand, Sales strategies and tactics, Launching etc.

If I niched down that would look like only content coaching, or specializing in launching or sales. I can’t go that niche without feeling boxed in.

 

AUTHORITY

Sacral, Emotional, Splenic, Ego, Self Projected, Mental, Lunar

This is your decision making “tool”. Your body talks to you on every decision, guiding you to what is in your highest alignment. Your mind operates from ego fears, and is NOT meant to guide you, but be a servant.

 

Practical use

Deciding which offers to launch, which content to post, which collaborations, clients, and team members to accept or not… etc.

 

Example

As an Emotional Authority, I make sure to only act on my “ideas” (that came ‘in response’ in alignment with the Generator part of my strategy) from a place where my emotions are neutral.

And of course, making all other decisions from that neutral place.

I get real excited real fast, and whenever I just acted from that place, after the excitement wave is done I often found myself regretting what I’ve done or said.

I even wait for smaller things, like responding to DMs or publishing a post that was created in high emotion.

Emotions are our motivation (as this is a motor center), and no matter how much we looove the excitement and wish we could just maintain it forever, it does wane with the wave.

So ask yourself – when the excitement is gone, do I still want to go after that thing?

 

PROFILE

1/3, 1/4, 2/4, 2/5, 3/5, 3/6, 4/1, 4/6, 5/1, 5/2, 6/2, 6/3

This is the closest thing to a personality test. It shows how your express your energy and act on inner guidance.

 

Practical use

Business model, Brand voice Marketing & lead generation strategies Content types & styles

 

Example

As a 2/4 I definitely lean into my line 2 alignment with Ease and living in my zones of genius.

My content is a clear example of leaning into my Incarnation Cross of Explanation & 23-43 channel of Breakthrough Insights.

My content is all about insights that shift your perspective and simplifying complex concepts.

And through it I allow you to sample my genius.

My line 4 loves community, networking, and collaborations. I have to feel like even my online audience is my little tribe. When I speak to the camera I imagine a few of my clients, instead of a big blob of faceless people.

I’m also the resident Business & Embodiment coach in The Human Design Academy which provides me with a huge network of new people to serve 1:1 or collaborate with.

 

CENTERS

Head, Ajna, Throat, Identity, Heart, Solar plexus, Spleen, Sacral, Root

They will show you where you Radiate energy out and make an impact, and where you Absorb energy, pulling in people who want your guidance.

Branding, Ideal client, Offers Content types & styles, Brand & Marketing strategy, Launch strategy

 

Example

My defined Ajna with that 23-43 channel and all the “Sherlock gates” as I call them (4, 43, 47) means I’m amazing at analyzing and systemizing complex information.

That’s not only visible through my content, but also what I lean into in my offers.

My defined Throat prefers video and audio content, as writing feels like it’s missing a lot of that defined Sacral and Emotional vibes that are so essential for my brand.

With an undefined Root and defined Heart, I do like longer launch periods and waitlist launches where I get to sell twice! Once to my closest people on the waitlist, who get benefits from buying early, and then I go into the public launch with sales already made (my def Heart loves that), and no stress that would make my undefined Root go crazy from the pressure and cause a lot of misaligned actions as well as nervous system going into fight or flight.

CHANNELS & GATES

Channels are your Superpowers! They reveal your zones of genius. Gates & their planetary placements reveal more about your personality and magnetism!

Example

Remember my 23-43 channel of Breakthrough Insights? Yeah I’m leaning into that a lot.
My podcast is called “Breakthrough Insights”.

My content & brand is centered around it in sooo many ways.

I lean into my 26-44 too – 26 is amazing at selling what it wholeheartedly believes in.

44 is amazing at identifying patterns and leveraging them (I use this a lot for my offers, as well as in my content)

There’s more aspects of your chart I look at, like:

  • Incarnation cross
  • Signature theme
  • Definition
  • Circuits
  • Variables

but that’s too much and too pro for now 🙂
